Data Deletion

How to delete data held by Feedox Publisher, the Feedox app that connects your social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to publish content you create.

1. Revoke the app on the platform

Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Feedox Publisher → Remove.
Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Feedox Publisher → Remove.
TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → Feedox Publisher → Remove access.
LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services → Feedox Publisher → Remove.

Revoking stops all access immediately; stored tokens stop working.

2. Disconnect in the Feedox client

In the Feedox client, disconnect the account. This deletes the stored access tokens from your device.

3. Ask us to delete anything else

Email info@feedox.com with the subject “Data deletion” and the account you connected. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
